What are your prices?

The Pricelist Guide is being updated and will be available on the website in early 2017. Please note, prices will be indicative only, as the requirements of each client can greatly vary. For a precise quote, contact me directly to set up an initial consultation to discuss your specific needs and the project scope. 



I usually only take on 2-3 clients each month to create a harmonious balance between my business and family life. This allocation allows me to fully dedicate myself to scheduled projects to deliver the very best outcomes for my clients. 



As much as I’d love to jump headfirst into an exciting new project, I do have a set schedule and a limited monthly project in-take, which allows me to create something truly unique for each client. During our initial consult we will be able discuss availability, scheduling and deadlines, where I will try my best to accommodate your needs. 



I accept emails anytime and schedule phone calls, video chats or Skype sessions with clients between 9am and 4pm (Central European Time, GMT+2) from Monday to Friday. Exceptions to these hours will be made where there are major time zone differences, where we will agree on a suitable time for both parties. I typically respond to emails within 1-2 business days, but always endeavour to reply as promptly as possible. 



Although I work with clients from around the world, I now call Germany home. In our digital age, the only restrictions we now have are time zones, which I’ve had great success in navigating with my clients across Australia, North America and Europe.

How many projects do you take per month?

Payment is requested through a PayPal invoice sent to you by The Creative Quartier. PayPal allows for the immediate transfer of funds, whilst also offering security to both parties. Don't stress if you don't have a PayPal account, as you can also securely submit your credit card details through PayPal. 

For clients based in either Australia or Germany, electronic funds transfer is also accepted – please notify me in advance if you would prefer to make payment via EFT. 



Once you have signed and returned the proposal quote and client agreement, an invoice will be sent requesting a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure The Creative Quartier in scheduling your project. 

If, during the project, you decide not to proceed with the initially proposed concepts and choose to end the engagement, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance. 



No, clients are required to purchase their preferred domain name and organise hosting separately, also providing The Creative Quartier with FTP access. 



I usually find my clients are the very best people at articulating their offerings and services and therefore encourage them to develop the website content in-house. 

However, if you would like The Creative Quartier to copy edit or assist in developing the content, I can provide a set quote for larger jobs or an hourly fee.
